CEC’s: 0.8 ACE, 6.0 AFAA, 8.0 AEA, 8.0 ATRI AquaStretch™ is a clinically proven, ground-breaking technique helping to restore flexibility, decrease pain, increase exercise training efficiency, improve sports performance and improve general well being. Using weighted resistance in shallow water, the body is dynamically stretched in ways virtually impossible on land. The result is significant pain reduction and movement freedom. AquaStretch™ is an aquatic form of myo-fascial release. It differs from other forms of facial work because the client is encouraged to, “Move, if you feel the need to move” and the facilitator follows and accentuates the client’s intuitive movement. In the 8-hour, AquaStretch™ for Fitness & Wellness Course, you will feel the power and simplicity of the AquaStretch™ four-step process: Play – Freeze – Pressure – Move. • Learn the many benefits of AquaStretch™. Many say it helps them feel loose and mobile prior to or after workouts and competitions. It may even motivate beginning clients to continue their exercise program because they have much less muscle soreness following workouts. • Feel the immediate freedom of movement. AquaStretch™ has shown to immediately restore flexibility lost from a: sedentary lifestyle, previous injury or surgery, repetitive strain or on-going overuse, or improper healing. • Experience the ‘feel good’ potential of AquaStretch™. This technique has been reported to improve sleep, significantly reduce chronic pains and improve quality of life. Be the first to learn this revolutionary technique! Course is limited to 12 participants per instructor in order to allow guided practice and skill development. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate acknowledging the completion of 8-hours of training in performance of the AquaStretch™ Fitness & Wellness Procedure.
