2018 DCAC PRESENTERS

Joey Adams – Joey Adams is a thirty-five year veteran of the health and fitness industry and has been a Master Instructor for indoor cycling for twenty of those years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, a Master’s in Exercise Science, and a Post-Baccalaureate in Education. He is an educator at the Shelburne Community School and Champlain College.  Joey is also the owner of Intelligent Fitness, a business that assesses and coaches human performance. He specializes in making the science of cycling and fitness accessible and applicable to the individual to help them unlock their full potential by getting their performance on target and making the most of their time. He is a Spinning® Master Instructor and a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the SPINPower® program. He gleefully resides in Shelburne, Vermont and stays in shape living the vegan lifestyle and causing mischief with his wife and two curious children.
Abbie Appel – Abbie Appel is a renowned fitness educator and an award-winning presenter. She was voted by Canadian Fitness Professionals as Best New Presenter of 2012 and voted by ECA as Best All-Around Female Presenter of 2013.

Preston Blackburn – For 17 years, Preston has been leading purposeful movement to kids 2-10 years old through her company Pop, Hop & Rock.  With dual goals of promoting physical literacy and moving her mission of Move-to-Learn into the forefront of our national conversation on education she continues to develop physical activity programming that helps kids become cognitively and behaviorally the best they can be.  Preston is an ACE certified Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor and Youth Fitness Specialist.

 

Alison Boyd – Alison has been teaching all forms of group exercise for 30 years, was the owner of Clubfit for 12 years and the Co-producer of DCAC Fitness Conventions for over 20 years. Since she was a pre-teen she has been a avid goal setter, seeing life's unexpected twists and turns as opportunities to get in touch with lost passions and dreams and reinvent herself. Since 2005, Alison has been the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the non-profit organization Wings of Hope Ranch. A ranch ministry that rescues horses and utilizes them to minister to children facing conflicts and challenges.
 Billy Boynton – Billy Boynton is a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor that specializes in correcting dysfunctional movement patterns while building core strength & coordination. Holding degrees in Exercise Science & Emergency Medical Systems, he has an energetic passion for helping people reach their health & fitness goals. Billy is a Presenter for Power Music and the co-developer of SPORT by Group Rx. As a fitness professional & musician, Billy lives his dream daily blending exercise to music to help his clients reach their full potential. Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Certified EMT, Certified Group Exercise Instructor.

Sonja “Booty” Burns –  Sonja is an award-winning instructor, Master Trainer and Presenter for Acquapole®, and a Rep for WERQ® Dance Fitness. She conducts Acquapole® Level 1 and Acquapole® Boxing Bag trainings. This purple-haired dynamo is passionate about exciting & unique aquatic formats and is on a mission to change the image of aquatics in the US. She is certified by ACE & AEA.

Becky Conser – Becky is a National Fitness Presenter and Trainer for Beachbody LIVE and Top 2 Ranked Master Trainer in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University with an emphasis on K-12 Physical Education, Health and Dance. She is an ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, a Lifetime Academy Instructor and specializes in creative content for Secondary Certifications. She is a member of Talent Team and teaches online education for Beachbody LIVE and the Country Heat Format. With over 18 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Sector, she strives to bring out PASSION for movement in all ages and abilities!

Christine Conti – Christine is most proudly a mother to Alex and Lauren and a wife to her husband Mike.  She understands the lifestyle of a busy individual who is looking to make real strides in health and wellness. Christine is a former investment banker and English Teacher who promotes a holistic approach to health and wellness. Christine uses her extensive experience to educate and motivate her clients to look and feel their best!  Christine is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Professional and Personal Trainer with over 14 Certifications.  Christine is an international fitness presenter with PLYOGA Fitness; She is the acting Chief Master Trainer in North America.

Kathleen Cowling – Aquatic Specialist and Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, is known for her innovative approach to movement.  She uses her personal experience working with clients and teaching groups to develop functional based exercise programs that deliver results. Kathleen holds multiple certifications and provides therapeutic aquatic wellness programming through her business, AquaBodies.

K_Coyle Kathryn Coyle – is a Peak Pilates® Level III Senior Master Instructor and MVe® Instructor Trainer. She has over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience and uses the Pilates system for prehab, rehab and performance enhancement. She is a certified holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Jivamukti Certified Yoga Instructor.
Laurie Denomme – Kinesiologist and Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, is an international fitness educator and founder of WECOACH.  She is the recipient of the 2013 AEA Global Aquatic Fitness Professional Award and 2014 ATRI Tsunami Spirit Award.

Amy Dixon – A dynamic fitness instructor and celebrity trainer, AMY DIXON holds multiple fitness certifications and a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology. She’s the Senior Creative Manager of Group Fitness Programming at Equinox Fitness Clubs and recent winner of the IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year Award, widely known as the fitness industry’s most prestigious recognition. In addition to being a Reebok Global Walking Partner and Master Trainer for Gatorade®, Schwinn® Cycling, BOSU® and Shockwave®, Amy promotes health and fitness through her roles as a spokesperson for fundraising and philanthropic events, including Avon’s Walks for Breast Cancer, Cycle for Heroes to benefit war veterans, and Cycle for Survival to raise funds for rare cancers. Her numerous television appearances include The Today Show, ABC News, E Entertainment Television, Good Day LA, Custom Fit, Exercise TV, Your LA, Fox News, and MTV. A former world competitive power tumbler and coach, Amy applies her energy and athleticism to the many award-winning workout DVDs and online programs she has created. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Amy specializes in educating and motivating her class participants and celebrity clients to achieve extraordinary results.  She resides in Southern California with her husband and two daughters.

Lauren Eirk – M.S., Founder of  the Yoga Integrated Science™ Wellness Studio in Louisville and is a certified E-RYT 500 level Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance®.  Lauren has over 35 years of teaching, fitness and health management, and personal training experience. A Yoga Alliance® Continuing Education    Provider (YACEP),she is the developer of the Yoga I.S.Ò 200 Hour RYT training program, the 300-Hour RYT Yoga I.S.O Advanced Biomechanics of Hatha Yoga Programs, and the Yoga I.S. Mechanix™ program. Lauren is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, the International Association for Yoga Therapy. Lauren is a Certified MATRx Full Body Specialist, making her one of 57 world-wide leading experts in the treatment of muscular Imbalances. She is an MAT Jump Start    Instructor, a Mastery Level Resistance Training Specialist®, certified personal trainer, and an International Continuing Education Provider. Lauren has a passion for animal rights, partnering her business and volunteering her time with the Kentucky Humane Society. Lauren teaches in the Yoga I.S.® Louisville Studio and is the director of the Yoga I.S.® 500 hour RYS Registered Yoga School.
 

Sonja Friend-Uhl – is a world-class athlete and skilled fitness programmer. She has more than 17 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds Certifications with USATF, ACSM and AFAA as well as AFAA specialty certifications in Youth, Senior, and Pre-Natal Fitness.  A Master Trainer for Core Health & Fitness, Sonja conducts certifications globally for BoxMaster, HumanSport and the HIIT Mix Programs.  Sonja is also a professional runner and holds multiple records. Sonja also prioritizes her role as wife and mother in addition to her fitness career and competitive endeavors

Teri Gentes – A presenter and practitioner with 30 plus years’ experience, Teri educates, motivates, and enables easy-to-implement life-enhancing habits on local TV stations, in empowering educational seminars for Corporate, Government, and  Private industries such as Midtown Health, Export  Development Canada, OPG, Stats Canada, Canadian and  US Fitness Industry and in Gourmet Nutrition cooking  classes at numerous venues and teaching kitchens.  Currently she’s working part-time as one of the chefs at the lovely bistro L’Aubergiste in Aylmer, QC.   Well known for her effervescent smile, vibrancy, enthusiasm, and down-to-earth evidence-based scientific research, Teri inspires people all over the world to successfully embrace and sustain healthier lifestyles. Engaging, approachable, energetic, and passionate, she integrates years of experience and ongoing studies in health and wellness with her desire to positively impact the lives of all she encounters.  Videos/ publications: IDEA, Sunwarrior Inc, Can Fit Pro, PT on the Net, Institute of Professional Management, DCAC Fitness, American Fitness Professionals Association, Clean eating Plant Strong programs and seasonal detoxes are offered as well. 

Clay Grant – Clay is the group-fitness for the Equinox Fitness Club in New York, and a master trainer for Body Bar.  A former competitor in the United States National Aerobic Championship, where he earned silver and bronze medals at the national finals, Clay has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.  A much sought-after speaker, he presents workshops and master classes in over 15 countries in Europe, South America, Central America, Asia and the Middle East. 

Cherry Herzog – Cherry has over 18 years’ experience as a classical Pilates instructor and is a Level IV Master Instructor and leadership team member for Peak Pilates®. In her teaching, she balances and coordinates the body as a whole and sees the Pilates Powerhouse as a shape shifting support system. She uses Classical Pilates to develop clients’ abilities with a mind for healthy ranges of joint motion, proportion and the daily activities. Cherry Herzog, is a Texas native and completed her first certification with Physical Mind in 1997 and in 1999 her formal Pilates training with Colleen Glenn at Goodbody’s Wellness Center in Dallas, Texas. She joined Peak Pilates in 2003 as a classical teacher trainer and presenter conducting certification courses and workshops national and international as well as within her studio Pilates Connection in Dallas. She is known and respected for her passion and dedication to excellence.

Demetreous Hill – Demetreous holds a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration, is a Cooper Institute Physical Fitness Specialist and is a California community college Health Science lecturer. Demetreous is a veteran IDEA World presenter, a fitness expert for Livestrong.com and has presented in 14 countries. The key to Demetreous' career success is that he utilizes his acumen to easily assimilate into any culture to effectively deliver progressive fitness innovations. Join Demetreous as he moves you based on his experience as a principal dancer for the Frankfurt Urban Dance Theatre, a Mind/Body project manager for Istanbul's Les Ottomans Resort and a BASI and BBU Pilates educated professional. Demetreous is passionate, driven and motivated to share his endless enthusiasm.

Susan Jessup – Susan Jessup has more than 25 years in the fitness industry. As an instructor, group fitness director, gym owner, public speaker, martial artist, and host of local television fitness shows, Susan’s broad range makes her extremely dynamic, yet very approachable. She is a Senior R.I.P.P.E.D Master Trainer and RUMBLE Program Director.

Len Kravitz – Len Kravitz, PhD, CSCS is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico where he recently  received the Presidential Award of Distinction and the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. In addition to being a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame, Dr. Kravitz was awarded the 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise and has received the prestigious “Global Award” from the Aquatic Exercise Association and Canadian Fitness Professional Lifetime Achievement Award.
Stephanie Lauren – Stephanie Lauren is an award-winning fitness and education leader.  Stephanie has used her evolving sense of safely optimizing exercise to create her fitness system PLYOGA (A hybrid 4-part training system using accelerated and fundamental yoga as an effective active recovery for plyometric intervals).  PLYOGA is taught throughout the USA and abroad and is accredited by the largest exercise science education organizations in North America.  Stephanie competed NCAA Division I in Gymnastics and Track & Field and is a current Towson University Record Holder in Long Jump.
 Leo Lins – Born in Barbacena, Brasil, Leo has been in the fitness industry since 1999. He started as a Tae Kwon Do athlete and holds several titles, including three-time Brazilian National Champion and two-time Pan-American Champion. Leo also competed in Aerobic Gymnastics where he became a World Aerobic Gymnastic Champion. An international presenter and trainer, Leo has been presenting in conventions around the globe, including Japan, Brazil, and Chile. He is co-creator of Latin Mix and is currently featured in several fitness videos including Kangoo Jumps and Taeroboxing (a powerful mix of Tae Kwon Do, aerobics and boxing). Leo’s talent, training and passion for fitness is inspiring and will make you want to do more and be better.
Roberson Magalhaes – Born in Barbacena, Brazil, Roberson has been in the fitness industry since 1990. He holds nine World Aerobic Gymnastic titles and is an international presenter and trainer. He has presented at fitness conventions in over 20 countries and is unsurpassed in the world as one of the best and most successful athletic coaches and choreographers in competitive sport aerobics. Roberson is co-creator of LatinMix Fitness and is currently being featured in and producing fitness videos that include: hip hop, kickboxing, Kangoo Jumps and dance. Roberson’s experience, training, style and enthusiasm will motivate and encourage you to be your best.
Pete McCall – Frequently quoted as a fitness expert in publications such as The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, U-T San Diego, Time, Men’s Fitness, SELF, Glamour, US News & World Report and Shape Magazine Pete is a sought-after media resource for accurate, in-depth insight on how to get results from exercise. Besides working with individual clients and teaching group fitness classes Pete has more than a decade of experience educating personal trainers around the world including teaching for both the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Pete’s personal philosophy is that fitness is, “Having the ability to do what you want to do when you want to do it.”  Former Exercise Physiologist for ACE where he helped create the Integrated Fitness Training Model (ACE IFT(TM)  Model), write the ACE Personal Trainer Manual textbook, created the Metabolic Conditioning, Movement-based Training and Youth Fitness education workshops as well as creating and delivering both live and online education programs.  A Master Trainer for Core Health & Fitness (Nautilus, Stairmaster, Star Trac and Schwinn Fitness), an education consultant and blogger with ACE, a blogger and content contributor to 24Life – the online magazine of 24 Hour Fitness, an online educator for NASM, an adjunct faculty in exercise science at both Mesa Community College and San Diego State University and a group fitness instructor for both Equinox and the YMCA.
Pat McCloskey – (M.S., F.A.F.S., CSCS, CAFS) has been on the faculty of the Gray Institute since 2010 and served as the Director of Training Development at One to One Fitness in Washington D.C. since 1992.
Tricia Murphy-Madden – Tricia Murphy Madden has been teaching since 1991. She is certified by ACE and AFAA and leads fitness and management workshops worldwide as one the industry’s frequent presenters for IDEA, Fitness TV, SCW Fitness, CanFitPro, DCAC, IHRSA, Diego Sacco Portugal and many more.
Mylrea, Bruce Bruce Mylrea – Bruce Mylrea/ BA in Economics / ECornell certified in Plant Based Nutrition / AFPA certified Holistic Nutritional Councilor. He spends hours each day reviewing the latest in unbiased nutritional research. Bruce is focused and passionate in educating others on the life enhancing and life extending benefits of whole food plant based nutrition. Bruce is the SCW male presenter of the year for 2017 and also 2017 Life Time Achievement Award for CanFitPro. Bruce and Mindy have worked together for 11 years in the fitness and wellness industry and present both fitness programming and nutritional education together.
Mindy Mylrea NEW Mindy Mylrea – Mindy Mylrea is the 2017 Life Time achievement Award Winner for CanFitPro , 2016 Empower Instructor of the Year, 2015 PFP Trainer of the Year. 2015 International Presenter of the Year, 2013 CanFitPro Specialty Presenter of the Year, 2008 ECA OBOW Fitness Presenter of the Year, the 2004 Can Fit Pro International Presenter of the Year, the 1999 International IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, a National and World Aerobic Champion, a 361 sponsored athlete, and a five star presenter for IDEA. Mindy is an advisory board member for Oxygen Magazine, an international presenter, author, motivational speaker, video personality, and CEC provider for both ACE and AFAA.  Mindy is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding , the Gliding discs exercise program. She is a master trainer and on the pro development team for Schwinn Cycling, Body Bar, and Bosu.  Mindy is the creator of Tabata Bootcamp that earned Most Impactful Program of 2013, and owner of FitFlix Productions DVD production services. . She has authored numerous articles and stars in over 400 instructional videos. Mindy is currently the host of Orbitrek Elite and 6 minutes to slim it  infomercials. Mindy donates her time and talents regularly to numerous charities and nonprofit organizations. Mindy is the mother of three boys, been married for 32 years, and lives in Santa Cruz, California.  Bruce and Mindy have worked together for 11 years in the fitness and wellness industry and present both fitness programming and nutritional education together.
Dr. Evan Osar – Dr. Osar  is the developer of the Integrative Movement Specialist™ certification designed specifically to aid the fitness professional establish themselves as an invaluable part of their client’s health care team. In addition to his chiropractic degree, Dr. Osar has earned national certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and The Soma Institute – National School for Clinical Massage Therapy. He is the founder of Fitness Education Seminars, an education company with the mission of helping trainers and therapist recognize their role as a part of the solution to the health care crisis. An internationally renowned speaker, Dr. Osar presents for several national and international organizations including American Council on Exercise, Club Industry, ECA World Fitness, IDEA, NSCA, Perform Better, Medical Fitness Association, Asia Fit, FILEX,  AECC, British Chiropractic Association and Norwegian Chiropractic Association.  He specializes in bringing advanced training and rehabilitation strategies to the fitness and bodywork professional that works with the pre and post-rehabilitation and general population client. Renee Grace Pickett – "Bringing the term, "Beastmode" to a whole new level is Strong by Zumba Master Trainer, Renee Grace Pickett! Renee is a Certified AFAA Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Fitness Model, and one of few involved in helping create the Strong by ZUMBA program! Awaken the Athlete within and discover new limits with this trainer pushing you, safely & effectively."
Anne Pringle Burnell – is a Certified Instructor Trainer for Stott™ Pilates/Merrithew, and an AquaStretch™ Instructor.  She is certified as faculty for the American Council on Exercise, the Aquatic Exercise Association, Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute, and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.  Anne co-authored the instructor manual for Peyow™ Aqua Pilates, with Lee Everett, MPT.  The pilot study of the program conducted at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago was presented at The International Aquatic Fitness Conference in May 2015.  Anne has been a presenter nationally and internationally at conferences, including: The Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute Symposium, International Aquatic Fitness Conference, Northwestern Memorial Hospital Women’s Integrative Health Conference, The National Council on Aging and The American Society of Aging.
Keli Roberts – Keli Roberts is the recipient of the 2003 IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the Year award, 2003 OBOW ECA award for Best Use of Equipment, 2005 for Best Female Presenter and 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award and in 2007 Keli was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame. As an ACE Master Trainer and Continuing Education Provider, Keli is known for her acclaimed workshops worldwide. Her award winning DVDs demonstrate her exceptional teaching skills. Keli is ACSM HFS certified and holds certifications through AFAA, ACE Group Fitness, ACE Gold Personal Trainer and Level 1 Precision Nutrition. Additionally Keli is a BOSU Developmental Team Member and a Schwinnâ Master Trainer
Jonathan Ross – His “800 Pounds of Parents” directly inspired Jonathan’s prolific fitness career.  He is a multiple Personal Trainer of the Year Award-Winner (ACE, IDEA, and PFP Magazine), creator of Funtensity, brain fitness expert, blogger and master trainer for the American Council on Exercise (ACE). His book, Abs Revealed, delivers a modern, intelligent approach to abdominal training. A former astronomer, Jonathan used to study stellar bodies – now he builds them!
Harold Sanco – Is one of Washington, DC’s  top fitness instructors and trainers for Sport&Health clubs and BodySmith gym. A former National Aerobic Champion and Step Champion, he was over 25 years of teaching experience and presenting worldwide.  Harold applies his energy and athleticism to all levels of fitness that motivates every fitness professional.
Jeffrey Scott Jeffrey Scott – “Jeffrey is an International Fitness Presenter, Schwinn Lead Master Trainer, Reebok Master Trainer and an Area Group Fitness Manager for Equinox Fitness Clubs. With over 20 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Jeffrey has conducted training and workshops in over 15 countries around the world and is recognized as a top fitness educator, instructor and personal trainer who is known for his creative choreography and motivational teaching.
SGT Ken® – is an award-winning international speaker, six-time US Army Soldier of the Year, Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, Counterintelligence Agent and highly decorated combat veteran. Ken is a recent graduate of the John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker Course and is a member of the National Speakers Association. Ken was recently awarded his ninth Army Commendation Medal for achieving Distinguished Graduate at the Army Leadership Course for Counterintelligence. Ken has trained over one million Service Members and civilians through Operation Fit to Fight, has written over 100 articles for GX®, Backpacker®, Outside®, Health®, and created the Operation Family Fit video series and fitness kits for the Air National Guard. Ken is the recipient of the Canadian Fitness Professionals (canfitpro) 2011 Best New Presenter of the Year award, the EMPOWER Fitness 2013 Male Presenter of the Year award, the IDEA WORLD 2016 Fitness Instructor of the Year award, has been featured numerous times on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox news, and continues to serve as a host for the Fit for Duty show on the Pentagon Channel. Ken was awarded his tenth Army Commendation Medal for creating the Warrior Fit Camp program for the Tennessee Army National Guard Suicide Prevention Task Force, helping thousands of Armed Service Members turn stress into strength and obstacles into opportunities through physical and emotional resiliency coaching and leadership training.
Robert Sherman – Robert Sherman has known he wanted to be part of the fitness industry since 1982.  Having injured a shoulder while a collegiate baseball player studying business, he was fascinated by the physical therapy being done on his shoulder.  That launched his study of exercise science.  But, it was the humbling experience of taking his physical therapist’s aerobics class that helped him understand that mastering movement can also have a high impact on improving self-esteem.  He followed his passion for training and teaching and it wasn’t long before Reebok saw him present and offered him the chance to become a Master Trainer and Program Developer.  In the years that followed, he has taught, trained, instructed, consulted, spoken internationally and managed/owned private studios.  He continues to learn and inspire with knowledge through actions, words and emotions.
Terry Shorter – created R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock® in 2008. Since then the R.I.P.P.E.D. program has amassed over 13,000 global instructors teaching at over 1,000 gyms nationwide. Terry and his wife Tina’s success with R.I.P.P.E.D. was fueled by their passion for the program and the overwhelmingly positive response from the workout community.  Terry has been featured in: PopSugar Instructional workout videos, KTLA Morning News, Turbo Jam ®, IDEA World Fitness Convention, and more.
Tina Shorter – Tina Shorter is the co-founder of R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock® and is a co-writer and vocalist on many of R.I.P.P.E.D.’s custom music tracks. Tina has been featured in: PopSugar Instructional workout videos (see below), multiple News programs, Turbo Jam ® DVD, IDEA World Fitness Convention, and more.
Lynne Skilton-Hayes – Lynne is the Fitness Program Supervisor at the University of Guelph where she is responsible for the programming of hundreds of programs for students, faculty, staff and community.  She is a canfitpro and ACE certified group fitness instructor and master personal trainer.  Lynne holds a B.SC. degree and brings over 22 years of education and experience to the fitness industry.  She is an International Fitness Presenter/Educator, Matrix Master trainer, GSTC TRX trainer canfitpro ProTrainer and Woman of Distinction Nominee in 2016 and 2017.  Lynne has done work for television, print and videos for online curriculum for IDEA Fitness Association.
April T. Smith, M.Ed. – April is an Education Specialist and Presenter for Zumbaâ Fitness.  She conducts Instructor Trainings for Basic Level 1 and 2, and Zumba Gold.  April has presented at the Annual Zumba Fitness Convention in 2009 and 2011.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, and a master’s degree in Education.  April is certified by ACE and AFAA.
Mary Anne Snavely – Entrepreneur Mary Anne is the creator of the The Lyne Methodology and owner of Pelvic Health Systems.  Mary Anne had the distinct honor of working as the Director of Rehabilitation for renowned Urogynecologist Nathan Guerette, MD prior to expanding her passion into a prevention turn-key opportunity for wellness professionals who want to assist their clients with pelvic floor dysfunction.  Mary Anne is trained in Biofeedback, Pelvic Health Coaching, Pelvic Floor Training, Stott Pilates, ACE Certified trainer, functional movement assessment, program design, nutrition education, sales and specializes with working with women.   PBS utilized Mary Anne in 2015 in their Healthy Body Healthy Mind series titled “Living with Pelvic Organ Prolapse”.
Lisa Snowden – represents Fit Bodies, Inc., the largest teaching vacation organization in the world.  Fit Bodies, Inc. is an industry leader in instructor travel services. Since 1995 the program has offered luxury, all-inclusive resort vacations to fitness, yoga, and sporting professionals. Lisa is an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She trains yoga teachers in asana and Ayurveda domestically and internationally. Her recognitions include becoming an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist from the Himalayan Institute and worked clinically at their Pennsylvania campus. Lisa is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor certified with National Ayurvedic Medical Association, NAMA. She enjoys educating and sharing on the topic of Ayurveda and its relevance in the fitness industry.
Shaun Sullivan – Shaun has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from CCSU and works as a wellness consultant for a health insurance provider.  Shaun joined the Spinning® Master Instructor team in 2014 and was selected as a presenter at WSSC 2016.  He holds several industry certifications including the NSCA-CSCS, Kettle Bell Concepts Level 1 Instructor, and NWI Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist.
don sussman Don Sussman –  is the lead instructor and owner of Know CPR, a CPR and First Aid Training company that has taught over 60,000 people CPR and First Aid since 2002.  Know CPR currently offers CPR and  First Aid training in Atlanta, Richmond, Washington DC, Baltimore, NYC, Boston, and Houston. Don is married and has two daughters
Trap_Zoey__Headshot Zoey Trap – is an international authority on Mind-body Exercise with over 25 years of experience. She has a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science, is a Peak Pilates® Master Instructor and co-author of the Peak Pilates Educational Programs. She is ACE and Jivamukti Yoga certified.
Louis Van Amstel – Louis is the Owner and Creator, LaBlast® Fitness, a Three-time World Dance Champion and Emmy-nominated choreographer.  He is best known for his ten stunning turns on the smash hit TV show “Dancing with the Stars.”  Louis continues to grow his highly popular dance fitness program, " LaBlast®", which is spreading rapidly and currently available in multiple cities worldwide. Louis has an extensive background as a professional choreographer, coach and trainer. He served as a choreographer on FOX’s dance hit show “So You Think You Can Dance”, marking the first time any “DWTS” talent had crossed over to work on both shows at the same time.

Amy Ward – Amy lives in NH, a loving mom who inspires others through fitness, kindness, generosity and support. She started her fitness career in 2009 with Zumba®.  In 2015, became a POUND® Pro and is now a part of the POUND® ICON (Master Pro) team. Certifications: CRP/AED, AFFA & ACE Group Ex.

Brian Whitaker – Brian is from Spartanburg, South Carolina.  He currently holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, TRX, Spin, Master Fitness Trainer with the US Army and is a dance instructor.  His hobbies Include: Watching football and dancing.  Brian is a Detachment Sergeant in the US Army Reserves, who started his fitness career in 1987. He has won several national aerobic competitions and has competed in bodybuilding shows, he has a true love of fitness. He enjoys helping people to accomplish their health and wellness goals and prides himself with the ability to work with individuals and groups to meet their wellness needs.
