Tips For Your Trip:
You will be moving quickly from session to session and sometimes from one location to the other, so pack accordingly. You might want to bring a sweatshirt or cover-up with you to sessions each day in case you get cold during those times when you aren’t exercising. The conference and trade show are a great networking opportunity, so don’t forget to bring your business cards. Many participants bring snacks with them such as bagels, crackers, energy bars, etc. There are several food options close by to the YMCA – please see “Food Options” above. Please note that NO audio taping, videotaping, or photography will be permitted at any time in any conference activity sessions except by authorized personnel. As a courtesy to others, please turn your cell phone off while in sessions. In response to attendee requests and to preserve the educational atmosphere and safety of all participants, children and babies are not allowed in sessions. In an effort to join the “Green” movement, no paper outlines will be given out this year. Session outlines will be available for download on the website prior to the conference.
