|HEATHER CORNDORF – A professionally trained dancer and choreographer, Heather Corndorf knows form and function. Beginning in Chicago and now in Minneapolis, Heather has taught group fitness classes at Equinox, Crunch, Gorilla Sports, Calhoun Beach Club, and Life Time Athletic as a Master Instructor. Outside of the gym Heather trains and teaches at corporate and charity events, schools, and fitness conferences. Tomi has over 18 years experience in the fitness industry. He is a Certified Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Golf Performance Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and an Integrative Neuro-somatic Therapist (pain management). His passion for leading a healthy lifestyle; body, mind and spirit compels him to share his dreams with people from all walks of life. By using cutting edge techniques through an Integrative holistic approach Tomi has helped hundreds of clients including mixed martial artists, professional golfers and tennis players, young and old to lose weight, reduce stress, improve sports performance, and, obtain the body of their dreams from the inside out. |MELISSA TOWEY – New Jersey based Melissa Towey is the National Group Exercise Manager for EXOS|MediFit. A respected industry leader, she is a Master Trainer for BOSU®, POUND® and Kamagon®, as well as a continuing education provider for ACE and AFAA. She is certified in group exercise and kickboxing through numerous organizations and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Seton Hall University. What Melissa enjoys most is helping instructors realize their full potential. Whether she is mentoring a new instructor, teaching certifications and continuing education workshops to experienced instructors, or simply leading one of her weekly classes, her passion and enthusiasm are contagious!|
|ZOEY TRAP – Zoey is a Peak Pilates Master Trainer and has presented at major conventions worldwide. She was a pioneer in bringing yoga and Pilates to the fitness industry, and has been involved with indoor and road cycling for 15 years.|
|CALVIN WILEY – A consummate international fitness professional with over fifteen years of experience and recognition. Calvin is an award-winning aerobic competitor for years ranging from 1989 to 1992; for such competitions such as Reebok National Aerobic Championship, Sundance National Aerobic Championship and Challenge, Pan American Fitness Championship and the 1st National Step Championship. Calvin is the founder and president of “From The Top International”, an international fitness and dance consulting company. Calvin was ranked among the “Top 3 Male Presenters” for Central Europe by Shape Up Magazine, 1999 to 2001. Calvin is known for his unique and provocative style of teaching and motivating others. Calvin not only breaks new ground with his dynamic choreography, but without a doubt he’s a pacesetter for the fitness and dance industries. |MARCI WILLIAMS – As a Master Instructor for the Spinning® program, Marci has over 25 years of experience in the fitness and recreation industries. She holds certifications from ACE, AFAA, Pilates and Heart Zone Systems and has a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. She is also a Pre & Post Natal specialist, a flexibility technician and a USA Cycling coach. Marci is a professor for Salt Lake Community College, works as the Director of The Park Center, and is also a management consultant and a professional lecturer.|
|CHERI WOLFF – Cheri has followed her passion for creating balance in her life and the lives of others through the practice of Tai Chi. Her own rigorous training over the past 10 years has informed her teaching of this ancient art in a manner that dispels the mystery and promotes the substantial research supporting the benefits of Tai Chi practice. She is a gold medalist in both Tai chi form demonstration and the practice of Push Hands. She currently holds the 2013 and 2014 gold medal title for Restricted Step Push Hands. She is an AFAA certified in Primary Group Exercise and Personal Training and leads various fitness classes in Richmond, VA.|
