DANIELLE FOSTER - A road and mountain bike racer, adventure racer and triathlete, Danielle has been a provider of cycling-specific continuing education for the last 18 years. As a Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics/Spinning, she has trained thousands of instructors in the Spinning Program. |BILL MCDOW – ERYT 200, RYT 500, Bill is a trainer at centeredbeing studio and also a master trainer in Yoga for the centeredbeing studio teacher training program. As a long distance runner, swimmer and fitness advocate, Bill was looking for a kinder gentler workout for stress relief when he started practicing Tai Chi in 1995. He learned both the Yang and Chen style long forms by 2000, but when his second Sensei departed, Bill shifted his focus to other forms of movement – yoga, Pilates, and Feldenkrais. When Bill discovered that the mindful aspect of yoga enabled him to achieve a more positive balance in his life – physically, mentally, and spiritually — he decided to become a yoga teacher and share his discovery of yoga with others. By 2004, Bill began his teacher training journey in Yoga while continuing his job as an advisory consultant in the IT industry. Centeredbeing owner and founder Suzie Carmack was an early mentor in yoga and yoga teacher training. |GINA PICOLLI – BA, Gina holds a BA in Theatre with a Dance minor in performance from George Mason University. She has been teaching dance, fitness and theatre since 1998. She is an award winning choreographer and director. Gina is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with concentrations in Yoga and Pilates. She has been studying, practicing and teaching Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi since 2004, after training in Japan, California, Arizona. She is near completion of her 450 hour comprehensive training with Centeredbeing in Yoga and Pilates (mat and apparatus). Gina has also earned certification Les Mills USA: BodyPump, BodyJam, BodyFlow, and Les Mills: Kids, as well as Zumba.

She specializes in teaching techniques, deep- and shallow-water choreography, personal training and fitness programming for children and adults|
|DAN RITCHIE – Dan has a broad background in the fitness industry including training and management in commercial and university/hospital-based fitness, for-profit, not-for-profit and educational facilities. His primary areas of expertise are in personal training for special populations (pregnant women, those with chronic disease and/or disorders such as Parkinsons, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Fibromyalgia and Alzheimers, etc.). He has participated in state funded research on exercise for Alzheimer type severe dementia and regularly presents at national and regional conferences. He is a past Board member of the Midwest American College of Sports Medicine and was nominated for the ACSM National College Board of Trustees in 2008. He has been the Enhance Fitness Master Trainer for the State of Indiana since 2007. While at Purdue, he received a Lynn Fellowship and a National Strength and Conditioning Association research grant, and in 2009 his Ph.D. in Health and Kinesiology, with a minor in Gerontology.

|CASEY STUTZMAN - Casey Stutzman is an ACE & AFAA certified trainer, and has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2004. Since 2006, he has acted as the Director of Education at Bay Athletic Club in Alpena, Michigan where he also teaches boot camp, small group training, one-on-one personal training and other workouts. Casey uses his experience as a Division I college football player, amateur bodybuilding competitor, strongman competitor and endurance athlete to help others reach their fitness goals. He has worked with, and developed strength and conditioning programs for several local sports teams and organizations. In 2012, Casey teamed up with Hedstrom Fitness to develop programming for Surge™, a cylindrical training tool that uses water as resistance.
