Dawn Adams Baidoo is a 3rd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor of Joseph & Clara Pilates lineage and is listed on the Worldwide Directory of Classical Instructors. While dancing and completing her degree at Old Dominion University, Dawn was awarded a Pilates scholarship which jump started her pursuit of Pilates. With 14 years experience teaching Pilates, Dawn has had the pleasure of teaching general and special populations, nationally ranked collegiate dance teams and athletes as well. Gail Bannister Munn is the Group Exercise Classic Coordinator for Crunch Fitness Rochdale, NY.  Gail currently works as the Flexibility, FST, Thai Body Therapist, and Yoga coach with the NY Jets Football Team, Pro Hoops Basketball, and various NFL/NBA athletes that focuses on skill sets that can help players improve in all areas of defense, and offense. Dr. Suzie Carmack, PhD, MFA, MEd, ERYT 500, NBC-HWC has over 28 years of experience in the promotion of well-being, as an c-suite (executive) coach, award-winning author, college professor, and trusted advisor to government agencies and private sector organizations. She is internationally recognized for her pioneering efforts to raise public awareness of the health risks of sitting disease, and her collaboration with the World Health Organization (2013 – 2015) to destigmatize the practices of yoga and mindfulness in schools and office settings. Lindsay Carver is from Roxboro, North Carolina. She is AFAA certified and has been teaching group fitness classes for 11 years. She introduced High Fitness to North Carolina in 2017 and now packs classes on a skating rink with over 150 participants.

Dr. Lisa Clow, Ph.D, NBCPE, RYT, NBC-HWC is a nationally board-certified physical education teacher; nationally board-certified health and well-being coach (NBC-HWC); and registered yoga teacher (RYT) with over 30 years of experience in service as a k-12 education as a health and physical education teacher. Her doctoral research (Clow, 2019) explored and promoted the value of yoga as a women’s population health intervention. Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK) is the creator of CARDIOYOGAä, a willPower Method® program. An industry visionary, she pioneered the Foot Fitness category and considers Moving Meditation to be the next generation of fitness. Drawing from her studies in Shamanism, Transformative Arts, and Reiki, SLK explores layers of self-awareness through intentional movement. Jenice Mattek, a licensed Clinical Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Certified Integrative Movement Specialist, specializes in educating and treating women who have had surgery and struggle with chronic tightness, discomfort, and inability to perform at the level they need and want. She is the co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-Realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal and Pelvic Surgeries, the first book to specifically discuss the impact of surgery and trauma on posture, movement, and pain. Jenice lectures around the world creating awareness of the impact of surgery by teaching health and fitness professionals who work with women post-surgery. Jessica Maurer – While her background is in dance, Jessica H. Maurer has found her passion in fitness education, with a concentration in program development and online awareness. Shaye Molendyke, Lt Col USAF, MA, C-IAYT, ERYT-500, YACEP
Lieutenant Colonel Shaye Molendyke, a 27 year Air Force veteran, is the Creator and Director of: Yogafit for Warriors and Yogafit for Warriors Kids. These trauma-informed yoga programs are designed to help and empower anyone struggling with PTSD or with unresolved physical and emotional trauma to include yoga teachers, mental health workers, educators, veterans, their families, first responders and those who help and love them. Shaye is also a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and specializes in working with groups and individuals to help process unresolved traumas to include long-held childhood traumas. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from the University of Maryland in 2003 while she was in the military and spent a year working directly with veterans returning from the Iraq war on the in-patient psychiatric ward at Landstuhl base Germany. In 2012, she combined her military and counseling experience with her love of yoga into the programs she is in charge of today. Shaye remains committed and passionate about bridging the related fields of somatic based psychotherapies and trauma-informed yoga. She is a Master trainer for Yogafit and has led hundreds of workshops in both 200 RYT and 300 RYT programming as well as helping to develop new and creative content. Shaye has been teaching yoga since 2003 and practicing since 1998 with more than 5,000 teaching hours. Tricia Murphy-Madden is a 28 year veteran instructor and education director. Tricia is the National Education Director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above & the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and over 8000 trained instructors worldwide. She’s a two-time finalist for the IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year Award and SCW Presenter of the Year winner for the years 2017 & 2018. Dr. Osar developed the Integrative Movement System™, an evidence-based approach to improving clinical outcomes and helping patients perform at their highest level. Dr. Osar is in private practice in Chicago, IL and teaches his proprietary approach, the Integrative Movement System™ to health and fitness professionals that specialize in corrective exercise, medical fitness, and training the older adult population.
Alexis Perkins is Founder and Creative Director of Chair One Fitness. She has always had a passion for fitness, television production, dancing, and public speaking. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication/Broadcast Journalism she went on to work at CBS Affiliate WTKR News Channel 3 and became co-producer and lead instructor for the 30min television program Fuzion Fitness and Body By Alexis.

Alexis made a huge impact in the fitness world teaching Zumba Fitness internationally and coordinating the LOVE Fest; which became the largest dance fitness event in Hampton Roads Virginia attracting people from all over the Unities States.

All these paths in conjunction with her close relationship with her grandmother and teaching seniors for years led her to the creation of the nationally accredited program Chair One Fitness. Which not only offers fitness instructors longevity in this field but is a blessing to all who take the class, overcome physical limitations, and stay active.

It is clear that Alexis is a woman who wears many hats. Her love of fitness and desire to help enrich others shines through in every endeavor.

Aly Purdy received her first personal trainer certification nearly 20 years ago and has been training consistently for the past 10 years. She is a former group fitness director and currently runs her own online training program called Arete Fitness. She is passionate about helping people become strong, healthy and the best version of themselves. Aly works with Stroops Fitness and currently writes quarterly programs for three different products. Aly also runs her own programming at Mtn Ops Gym in Fruit Heights Utah and EOS in Kaysville Utah where they are currently trying to incorporate her training programs in 4 other clubs in the Utah area. In so doing, she is working to help other trainers run similar successful programs and help their clients achieve their best self. Her message is simple but powerful: Excellence in oneself!
Dan Ritchie is the president and co-founder of the Functional Aging Institute and a best selling author of Never Grow Old!

With over 20 years experience in the field and having trained over 2,000 clients over age 55.   Dan received his PhD at Purdue University in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology.   In addition Dan leads a team of 7 trainers at Miracles Fitness a personal training studio with an average age clientele over 62.   In addition to being an international speaker on the topic of aging and fitness Dan has also been involved in research on Alzheimers and Parkinsons.

Keli Roberts is the recipient of the 2003 IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the Year award, 2005 for Best Female Presenter and 2008 Lifetime Achievement OBOW Award and in 2007 Keli was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame. Additionally, in 2012, Keli was also honored as Presenter of the Year as well as the 2016 Inspiration Award for Empower! Conventions. Keli is an ACSM CEP and holds certifications through, ACE as a GFI, HC and CPT. Amanda Schmidt is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA & ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and POUND ICON with over a decade of experience. Several years ago, Amanda rebuilt her own life and reclaimed her physical and mental health through a commitment to fitness and movement. After experiencing her own transformation, she decided to dedicate her life to helping others do the same. She believes that working out should be a fun and joyful expression of self-love, and that’s the intention she sets in all of her classes.

Robert Sherman is GM and CFO of TRUEBODY Bethesda and owner of Robert Sherman Fitness LLC. He is a Master Instructor for Schwinn and ActivMotion Bar. Brandon Wagner has been in the world of fitness for most of his life. His mother started her career as a fitness professional when he was just eight years old, and that influence sparked a passion for him to follow the same path. He started his career as one of the most requested trainers at Canyon Ranch (one of the world’s most renowned fitness and wellness resorts), where he trained celebrities, professional athletes, and business professionals. For the last decade, Brandon has been working as a senior master instructor for companies including TRX, Trigger Point, Activ Motion, and Under Armour.
