She oversees a team of over 115 private Pilates and Group Fitness instructors. Lou Atkinson is an educator, coach and researcher based in the UK, with a passion for engaging a diverse range of people in physical activity and indoor cycling. As a Lead Master Trainer for Schwinn Cycling she is responsible for educating and mentoring Master Trainers across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, as well as for developing & delivering Schwinn Cycling’s education programme for the region. Lou holds a PhD in Health Psychology and is an expert in health-related behaviour change, particularly relating to physical activity & obesity. Gail Bannister Munn is the Group Exercise Classic Coordinator for Crunch Fitness Rochdale, NY.  Gail currently works as the Flexibility, FST, Thai Body Therapist, and Yoga coach with the NY Jets Football Team, Pro Hoops Basketball, and various NFL/NBA athletes that focuses on skill sets that can help players improve in all areas of defense, and offense. She currently holds National Certifications in several different disciplines, including NASM, Fascial Stretch Therapist L3, AFFA, and is an NASM/AFAA Continuing Education Provider, which enhances her coaching abilities to her athletes, staff and her classes.

Sonja Friend-Uhl has trained people of all ages and abilities for over 22 years. Lauren George is the Co-Creator of the Enhanced Barre Above Program, owner of Clemson Fitness Company, adjunct faculty for Clemson University and a Master Trainer for Balletone. She has had a love for movement since a young age and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and Master’s Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from University of North Texas. Jenn Hogg became a certified instructor & trainer in 1991 while pursuing her Masters in Marketing at Northwestern University. Petra Kolber is an author, speaker, podcast host and most recently a DJ. In August 2018, Petra released her first book, The Perfection Detox which was recently translated into French and Spanish. She is also a certified performance coach, with a specialty in positive psychology, and she works with individuals and companies to help them get unstuck so they can become unstoppable.

Jenice Mattek, a licensed Clinical Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Certified Integrative Movement Specialist, specializes in educating and treating women who have had surgery and struggle with chronic tightness, discomfort, and inability to perform at the level they need and want. She is the co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-Realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal and Pelvic Surgeries, the first book to specifically discuss the impact of surgery and trauma on posture, movement, and pain. Jenice lectures around the world creating awareness of the impact of surgery by teaching health and fitness professionals who work with women post-surgery. Jenice’s mission is to educate and empower women so they take control of their health and can successfully return to the activities of life that they need, want, and love to do.
Jessica Maurer –
While her background is in dance, Jessica H. Maurer has found her passion in fitness education, with a concentration in program development and online awareness. She is the online manager and content creator for several top and well-known fitness personalities and brands. She has designed, created, and implemented websites, blogs, and fitness programs for large brands, private studios, and individuals. Currently, Jessica is the Director of Education at FIT4MOM and the #VPAT of SFResources. Jessica owns FIT4MOM Asheville and is dedicated to building a tribe of healthy and happy mamas.
Pete McCall is the host of the All About Fitness podcast, author of several articles, textbook chapters and the book Smarter Workouts: the Science of Exercise Made Simple. In addition, Pete holds a MS in exercise science and has been educating fitness professionals since 2002. Currently Pete lives in Carlsbad, CA where he is a consultant for Core Health & Fitness, Terra Core Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, the American Council on Exercise and a coach for the Coastal Dragons rugby club.
Shaye Molendyke, Lt Col USAF, MA, C-IAYT, ERYT-500, YACEP
Lieutenant Colonel Shaye Molendyke, a 27 year Air Force veteran, is the Creator and Director of: Yogafit for Warriors and Yogafit for Warriors Kids. These trauma-informed yoga programs are designed to help and empower anyone struggling with PTSD or with unresolved physical and emotional trauma to include yoga teachers, mental health workers, educators, veterans, their families, first responders and those who help and love them. Shaye is also a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and specializes in working with groups and individuals to help process unresolved traumas to include long-held childhood traumas. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from the University of Maryland in 2003 while she was in the military and spent a year working directly with veterans returning from the Iraq war on the in-patient psychiatric ward at Landstuhl base Germany. In 2012, she combined her military and counseling experience with her love of yoga into the programs she is in charge of today. Shaye remains committed and passionate about bridging the related fields of somatic based psychotherapies and trauma-informed yoga. She is a Master trainer for Yogafit and has led hundreds of workshops in both 200 RYT and 300 RYT programming as well as helping to develop new and creative content. Shaye has been teaching yoga since 2003 and practicing since 1998 with more than 5,000 teaching hours. Recently, Shaye discovered the power of therapeutic narrative and loves to combine stories with the latest discoveries in quantum physics, neuroscience and epigenetics to empower yoga teachers to better articulate how yoga works to ease suffering and to bring more people to the banquet table of healing that yoga practices offer.
Tricia Murphy-Madden is a 28 year veteran instructor and education director. Tricia is the National Education Director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above & the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and over 8000 trained instructors worldwide. She’s a two-time finalist for the IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year Award and SCW Presenter of the Year winner for the years 2017 & 2018. For many years, she was also the Fitness Director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA. She is the co-author and creator of a children’s book and fitness program called, The ABC’s of Exercise sold worldwide. Tricia sits on the IDEA Group Fitness Committee and is known for her numerous programs developed over the past 28 years. Brandon Wagner has been in the world of fitness for most of his life. Melissa Zurcher has always possessed a love of fitness and an appreciation of the capabilities, strength, and movement of the human body. In 1997, as a senior in high school, Melissa began her journey in group fitness, certifying through AFAA. She has been fortunate to continue instructing, seeking inspiration from various formats and teachers, specialized certifications, and presenting at and attending conventions. Melissa’s training includes H⚡️GH Fitness, Schwinn, Beachbody – TurboKick and Insanity, TRX, and Balanced Body Pilates.Melissa feels incredibly honored to represent and participate as a member of the H⚡️GH Fitness team and Master Guru, inspired by the brilliance of Emily and Amber’s creation, and driven to share the love of H⚡️GH to more communities!
Melissa obtained a BS in exercise science from Brigham Young University, with plans of completing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She resides with her family in the Seattle area. Blessed with three beautiful children, Melissa spends the majority of her time supporting and admiring their talents, and attempting to keep up with their schedules. In addition to instructing group fitness, Melissa enjoys waterskiing, traveling, and cooking.
