The Class is a HIIT formatted story told through movement and spoken word. Using various circuits containing elements of bodyweight training, metabolic conditioning, classic aerobics, martial arts, strength/power training and dance to challenge the body in various ways. The combination of exercise upbeat/tempo music and soul-jarring motivational messaging are used to spread the message that being Superhuman starts within your mind and spirit and then transcends to your physical body.
